It starts within the character of an individual and then a clear understanding of the word. The Double H understands that this is an inherit characteristic at the core of certain folks and looks for it in every one of our staff. The expectation of the staff is to remain one step ahead… thinking of what our guests may like or need. This ranges from the saddling of your horse, to the baiting of your hook, to the advance grooming of a snow hill for sledding, or warm Glühwein in your snowcat. Courtesy is an element of pride for us. Our goal is to have our guests never wanting to leave and looking forward to their next opportunity to join us.

With all of the new experiences that await our guests, which range from hiking in the Rockies, to off road adventures, fishing, trailblazing in the snowcat, snowmobiling, off site star gazing, harvesting, skeet, horseback riding, cooking lessons or simply campfires in the evening - all the difference can be made with a courteous guide and staff.  Courtesy is part of our inherit nature.
