The Double H hosts four highly acclaimed seasonal chefs for each distinct season that the Colorado Rockies bring. With over 3,000 head of cattle roaming the property throughout the summer and fall months, Double H offers the most local of ingredients. Serving our own beef that has been fed from the grass of our land is one other element that our pride shines through. Coupling these ingredients with the finest chef’s in Europe in America to bring them together, such as Michelin Chef Håkan Thörnström and you have an evening dinner at Double HH.
The hosts understand that cuisine should be paused on, enjoyed - particularly in this environment - where you decide the pace. The Double H menu ranges from local free range Elk, to game meats, and the finest herbs, vegetables and compliments that ensure a memory leaving you longing to return.
